Ganzo - Touch Pro Knife Sharpener
The body of the sharpener is made of a durable polymer, on which special jaws are placed to hold the knife securely during sharpening. Thanks to the good quality of the clamping, the cutting edge is sharpened evenly and precisely. On the underside, of the sharpener there are two suction cups allowing to attach the sharpener to the table surface, providing good grip and stability.
The sharpening system is mounted on metal rods and thanks to the fine adjustment, the user can sharpen his tools at different angles. The sharpening system includes four ceramic sharpening stones with different gradations, which allow both roughing of the cutting edge and applying a smooth finish. What is more, the replacement of sharpening stones is quick and easy, which makes the sharpening process pleasant and safe.
When unfolded, the sharpener is compact in size and can be easily stored. The set includes a practical fabric case which holds the entire set including the sharpening stones, cloth and marker for marking the cutting edges.
Ganzo Touch Pro is a universal and lightweight sharpener which allows for effective sharpening of tools and knives. Its construction allows it to be firmly fixed to the surface of most worktops and the handling of the sharpener is simple and safe.
