High-quality diamond plate, dedicated for use with ProSHARP sharpening systems by The Edge. It was made of the highest quality materials - the working surface is covered with a layer of diamond, which guarantees exceptional sharpening efficiency, also when working with high hardness steel.
The plate has a gradation of 240 (coarse), which is recommended for restoring sharpness to tools with a damaged cutting edge. Thanks to the abrasive material used, the sharpening process is fast even for knives made of hard steel such as D2. In addition, the plate can also be used outside the sharpening set as a stand-alone sharpener. After use, the plate should be cleaned using warm water with detergent and a nylon brush.
