Crowbar™ is a pair of glasses that provide the highest level of ballistic protection, featuring the Crowbar™ Lens Gate™ quick change system. They are manufactured by the renowned American company ESS. Crowbar™ is the perfect solution not only for professionals, but also for users who like to spend time actively. The combination of durability and unique visual style makes them applicable not only on the battlefield, but also in everyday use.
Polycarbonate lenses with a thickness of 2.2 mm are made with ESSOPTICS™ technology, which makes them free of any image distortion over the entire field of view and provide 100% protection against UVA and UVB radiation. The ESS ToughZone™ Anti-scratch Lens Coating technology used has increased their scratch resistance.
The Crowbar™ model features a quick and extremely easy lens replacement system and a bottomless frame design that does not restrict the lower vision zone thanks to this treatment. Dedicated to small-to-medium faces (Small-to-Medium Fit), the frame is made of virtually indestructible thermoplastic composite and features low-profile temples devoid of any pressure points.
The glasses work well with headsets, hearing protectors and hats and helmets. Holes at the temple ends are designed for mounting a safety strap, their wide cap provides additional protection for the side of the face.
