HIKVISION Thunder thermal overlay for an optical sight, manufactured by HIKMICRO. It is a tool designed for shooters, but also works well when working with policemen and soldiers. It allows hunters to look for game in the open space or in the middle of the forest among dense thickets. Thermovision enables the detection of thermal radiation, people or animals in difficult weather conditions, fog or at night.

The thermal overlay is made of high quality materials. The sealed structure allows it to be used in all weather conditions, rain or snow. A lens with a diameter of 35 mm allows you to let in enough light for high image quality. The thermal overlay is equipped with a modern detector with a resolution of 384 × 288 and refreshing 50 Hz, made in the 17 μm technology (pixel size). It is powered by two CR123A batteries (included) or RCR123A, so you can easily replace them when the battery is exhausted.

Four Black Hot, White Hot, Red Hot and Fusion heat palettes

The thermal overlay was designed for mounting on a long firearm with an optical sight, it is resistant to shock and recoil. It allows you to observe the environment in four different thermal palettes - Black Hot, White Hot, Red Hot and Fusion. Thanks to this, you can easily spot the silhouette of a human or animal at a maximum distance of 1235 m. The constructions of the overlay can be configured thanks to the possibility of exchanging the lens, creating a self-supporting thermal imaging sight (not included).
