The irritant agent is pepper concentrate, the active ingredient of which is capsaicin - it occurs naturally in low concentrations in many foods, giving them a spicy taste. In addition, the composition of the gas is enriched with the CS irritant, commonly used by law enforcement agencies around the world. Thanks to this solution, the sprayed gas is effective while not being harmful in the long term.
Pepper spray used in accordance with its purpose and instructions does not cause injury or other undesirable effects. Depending on the amount of gas used, its effects can last up to several hours.
