The Zero Tolerance ZT 0545 Folding Knife is an ultra-lightweight folding knife, featuring a bearing-mounted head made of high-quality CPM MagnaCut steel,. On top of that, it has carbon fiber and titanium liners and a solid Frame Lock.

The thin 2.3mm blade with a flat ground cutting edge makes cutting with this tool fast and precise. The knife will be an excellent addition to our Every Day Carry kit, kept by the user with him at all times.

CPM MagnaCut steel combines the strength of CPM-4V steel, with the corrosion resistance of CPM-20CV, the retention of CPM-CruWear/ CPM-4V and an impressive hardness of as much as between 60 and 63 HRC. As a result, it is now regarded as one of the best steels in the world, in terms of use in factory-made knives.

The knife has an 81mm long blade, made of CPM MagnaCut super steel produced using powder technology. The main difference between CPM MagnaCut steel and other stainless steels is the amount of chromium. Eliminating excessive amounts of chromium carbides from the steel's composition has resulted in a fine microstructure, making CPM MagnaCut steel much easier to sharpen compared to steels with similar wear resistance.

The head has a blade with a practical Clip Point profile, finished using the Stonewash method. It makes it reduce the risk of small scratches during use. On the back of the ridge, the head has transverse cutters, allowing a stable finger rest during planing or precision cutting. The thickness of the blade at its widest point is 2.3 mm, which is a compromise between durability and functionality of the knife in everyday work.

The knife can be unfolded with one hand using a milled flipper, convenient for both right- and left-handed users. KVT ball bearings are installed on the axis of the head, guaranteeing the blade a smooth and dynamic operation, clearly improving ergonomics and comfort. A monolithic Frame Lock protects the head from accidental folding.

This is a robust lock, considered one of the most durable locking mechanisms. It is characterized by resistance to dirt and very comfortable operation. In the ZT 0545 knife, it is equipped with a hardened steel insert against titanium abrasion, ensuring effective protection against accidents.

The knife has liners made of titanium and carbon fiber. They emphasize the modern design and character of the ZT 0545. The ergonomically profiled handle fits perfectly in the hand, providing high comfort of use and an extremely safe grip, especially important for heavier or more precise work.

The liners also have a Deep Carry clip, possible to be screwed on the right or left side, depending on the User. This type of clip allows the knife to be carried discreetly and securely, when embedded deep in a trouser pocket.
