The Butcher Kit from Morakniv® is designed with professional hunters and butchers in mind, offering two high-quality knives and a sharpening nib. Working with the knives is very ergonomic and comfortable, even with tactical gloves.
The set includes a wide butcher knife, which will work well for skinning and dividing meat, and a smaller poultry knife.
