The Leopard 256 16mm LE2-16 thermal imaging camera allows you to observe animals in a variety of weather conditions. Equipped with a VOx sensor with a resolution of 256x192 pixels and a pixel size of 12x12 µm, it provides precise detection of objects at a distance of up to 800 meters. With a NETD sensitivity of ≤25 mK (0.025°C), it enables identification of subtle temperature differences, which is important in harsh weather conditions.
The 16mm focal length lens offers an optical magnification of 2.9x, with digital zoom up to 8x. The field of view is 11° horizontally and 8.2° vertically, making it easy to quickly locate and track targets. The unit features an OLED display with a resolution of 1024x768 pixels, providing a clear image.
The user can choose from five image modes - White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, Iron Red, Sky - and three background modes. This allows the user to adjust the settings to suit the prevailing conditions. The monocular is capable of recording photos and videos in 1024x768 pixel resolution, stored on the 32GB built-in memory.
It is powered by an 18650 battery, which allows for up to 6 hours of continuous operation. The camera has additional features such as Hot Track, standby mode and built-in Wi-Fi. The device meets the IP67 standard, which allows the monocular to be used in various weather conditions. Thanks to its light weight, the camera does not overburden luggage, making it suitable for carrying in a hiking backpack.
