AK (commonly AK-47) is a legendary carbine designed by a team led by Mikhail Kalashnikov, firing the 7.62 × 39 mm cartridge, which was the primary armament of the Red Army from 1949 to 1959. The body of the replica is made of durable ABS composite. The pistol grip and handguard are made of plastic wood imitation, the quality of which is not inferior to more expensive replicas. Metal was used to make the dust cover, external barrel with dummy gas block, ironsights, trigger and its cover, stock, cleaning rod, gun sling loops, magazine release, selector lever and reloading lever with dummy bolt carrier.
The use of a v3 type metal gearbox with reinforced parts allows the replica to achieve a initial velocity of approx. 380 fps. Thanks to the compatibility of mechanisms with parts of other manufacturers replica is a great base for further tuning and modifications.
