Carabiner with practical accessories from FOSCO. Its distinguishing feature is a thermometer built into the body with a scale in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit, and a compass based on a floating dial. The carabiner is made of lightweight aluminum alloy characterized by increased strength and wear resistance. A spring clip allows you to easily hook it up to your equipment, such as a tactical vest.
The thermometer allows you to determine the approximate ambient temperature, which will allow you to quickly discern the situation at hand. Meanwhile, the compass is able to help the user determine the direction of the north magnetic pole. The orange arrow on the inner dial of the compass indicates precisely the north magnetic pole, while the opposite letter N marks the commonly understood direction to the north.
Along with the carabiner, the user receives a key ring, which can be used as an additional pin point on the equipment. Due to its design, the compass dial may be subject to internal friction and magnetic interference. To nullify this effect, it is enough to shake the carabiner to align the dial and keep it away from objects that exhibit ferromagnetic properties.
